Responsibilities

Be performed in the role of Project Manager or Assisting (30%):

- Activity and resource planning

- Leading and working closely with the development team

- Controlling time management

- Controlling the project costing

- Analyzing and managing the project risk

Be performed in the role of Business analysis (70%):

- Gathering requirements and analyzing to ensure the solutions meet business needs

- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, developing, and representing solutions

- Planning and prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements

- Effectively communicating to team members and working closely with clients or customers, team member

- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users

- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects

- Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior team member

- Drafting/designing wireframe/UI follows the business requirements

- Performing the user acceptance testing (UAT)

- Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction

- Providing for training, handoff, supporting and necessary documents.

- Any special assignment

Requirements

- Advanced principles and techniques of the Project manager and Business Analysis.

- Understand in CMMI or DevOps or Agile method

- Understand in the unify modelling language (UML).

- Understand in SQL Language, programming languages (optional)

- Be eager to solve problems and work well in stressful situations.

- Fluent in English.
