- To report management matters to Building Manager on a daily basis, as well as report immediately in the event of building emergencies.
- To monitor, control and organize all on – site staff and to be responsible for actions of such staff in addition to ensuring that staff rosters and all holidays are adequately covered.
- To monitor and review the operation off on service sub – contractors such as cleaning, security, pest control and lift contractors.
- To administer all leases to ensure ongoing compliance by tenants.
- Attend the annual General Meeting.
- Others assignment from Building Manager.
- Male/female, age 30-50 years
- Bachelor or above Degree in related field.
- Proven record in managing commercial buildings which has over 30,000 square meters area at least 3 years’ experience.
- Good command in English; both verbal and writing.
- Able to work 6 Days per week.
- Computer literacy ( MS office) is a must.
- Must be self-motivated, responsible and able to build team.
- Good skills in communication and team management.
