หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Key Responsibilities

Perform or supervise the Group consolidation process on quarter-end and year-end basis, to ensure conformity with generally accepted accounting principles (IFRS) and financial reporting requirements.
Supervise or assist the performance of the company’s record keeping practices, new entities/new project and other subsidiaries company to comply with the company’s policies, to ensure conformity with government regulations and accounting standard.
Responsible for general ledger accounting function, including chart of accounts and collaborate with AP and AR for the financial closing activities and reconciliation of each month or quarter and prepare journal entries for accruals and variances.
Prepare month-end, quarter-end and year-end close of financial statements, including management reports and accounting analysis to identify and explain variances. Support decision-making purpose.
Ensure the timely submission of all the firm’s tax forms. Organize timely and accurate preparation of documentation pertinent to all the firm’s tax responsibilities.
Alert the Supervisor regarding important issues that may have an effect on the firm’s financial statement, accounting and tax matters.
Perform other regular external and internal audit checks on accounting documentation, reports, financial statements, and all tax responsibilities for the firm’s operation.
Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and forecasting by timely.
Perform fixed asset register management system and validation.
Handle other ad hoc projects as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting field.
At least 5 years in accounting, taxation work especially, experience of closing consolidation financial statements.
Thai Native, more than 30 years old.
Strong communication skills, both Thai and English (spoken and written).
Strong organizational skills, able to perform multi-task and meet tight deadline schedule.

Work location: AMATA Bangkok Office (Kromadit building, New Petchburi road)
