Key Responsibilities
• Design & Development:
o Create and present architectural plans and designs that meet Owner/Client requirements and project objectives.
o Develop detailed drawings and specifications using software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar.
• Project Management:
o Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
o Conduct site visits to monitor progress, provide direction, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Compliance & Sustainability:
o Ensure designs meet building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
o Integrate sustainable practices into designs to reduce environmental impact and optimize energy efficiency.
